Therapy for individuals, couples, and adolescents, with a special focus on athletes and creatives.
Together, we will create a safe space for healing and personal growth. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
Welcome. I'm really glad you're here.
I know how hard it can be to reach out—especially when you're used to handling things on your own. Maybe you're struggling with anxiety that won't let up, a relationship that feels distant, or being stuck when you know you're capable of more.
You don't have to keep pushing through alone.
I've walked varied paths—from the creative world to the U.S. Air Force—and learned that strength is knowing when to ask for support. Whether you're an athlete battling performance anxiety, a creative facing a block, a couple trying to reconnect, a teen overwhelmed by pressure, or someone who feels lost—I see you, and I'm here to help.
I offer telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles. I'm certified in Brainspotting and Play Therapy—approaches that reach places talk therapy alone sometimes can't.
I specialize in athletes, performers, and writers hitting performance or creative blocks. If something keeps getting in your way, we'll work together to unlock it and build resilience.
My approach is straightforward and human. I bring honesty, tailored tools, humor when it helps, and genuine care. This is a judgment-free space where you can be exactly who you are.
You don't need everything figured out. Just bring yourself.
Let's begin.

Brainspotting
“Brainspotting is based on the profound attunement of the therapist with the patient, finding a somatic cue and extinguishing it by down-regulating the amygdala. It isn’t just PNS (Parasympathetic Nervous System) activation that is facilitated; it is homeostasis.” Robert Scaer, MD, “The Trauma Spectrum”

Here's something fascinating: where you look actually affects how you feel. Brainspotting is based on this powerful connection between eye position and emotional state. Together, we'll use this focused approach to help you process trauma, anxiety, and other psychological challenges by identifying specific eye positions that connect to your emotional experiences. Through this mindful technique, we can work toward healing and greater mental well-being.
Brainspotting for Athletes and Creatives
If you're an athlete, artist, writer, or performer, you know how frustrating it is when something just blocks you—whether it's performance anxiety, perfectionism, creative slumps, or something you can't quite name. Brainspotting can help us work through those emotional and cognitive barriers that keep us stuck. By processing the mental clutter and underlying issues, we can help you get back to your creative flow and perform at your best.
What Brainspotting Can Help With:
-
Breaking Through Blocks: Whether it's writer's block, creative burnout, or performance anxiety, we'll work together to clear the mental fog
-
Sharpening Your Focus: When your mind is clearer, it's so much easier to get into the zone and stay there
-
Addressing What's Underneath: Sometimes past experiences, fears, or unresolved trauma quietly affect your performance and creativity—let's work through those together
Who Benefits: Athletes, artists, writers, performers, and anyone looking to reclaim their creative spark, improve focus, and unlock their full potential.
“A block is a pause on the path to healing. When Brainspotting heals an artist of their wounds, their spectrum of creativity widens dramatically.”
— DAVID GRAND, PH.D.
Additional treatment specialization
Anxiety
Anxiety has a way of taking over—making everything feel urgent, overwhelming, or just too much. But you don't have to live like that. Let's explore together what's really driving your anxiety (not just what triggers it on the surface) and build practical tools that actually work for your life. We'll create strategies you can use when your mind starts spiraling, or life feels out of control. Working together, we'll help you feel calmer, more confident, and back in control—so you can show up as the person you want to be.

Depression
Depression can make everything feel heavy and isolating—like you're moving through fog and completely alone in it. But I promise you're not. Let's walk through this together with compassion and understanding, without judgment. We'll work side by side to lift the weight, challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck, and help you reconnect with what makes life feel meaningful and joyful again. There is light on the other side of this, and we'll get there together.

Trauma
Traumatic experiences can leave deep marks that affect how you feel in your body and your everyday life. Healing isn't about "getting over it" or pretending it didn't happen—it's about processing what you went through in a way that feels safe and manageable. We'll work together in a safe space where you can move through this at your own pace. Our focus is on helping you heal, find your footing again, and build the resilience you need to move forward with more peace, stability, and freedom.

Couples and Relationships
Let's be honest—relationships are complicated, even the good ones. And when things aren't working, it can feel like you're speaking completely different languages. I'll create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can all work together—where both partners can share openly (your feelings, your fears, your hopes) and actually hear each other. Together, we'll untangle the patterns keeping you stuck and explore what's really going on underneath the conflict or distance. Whether you're hoping to rebuild your connection or trying to figure out what's next, we'll work collaboratively to improve communication, deepen understanding, and find clarity about what you both need to thrive.

Parenting Support
Parenting is one of the most rewarding things you'll ever do—and one of the hardest. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you and your child are constantly missing each other, let's figure it out together. We'll explore side by side what's creating stress in your relationship and find ways to strengthen your connection, improve how you communicate, and bring more peace into your home. Our work is collaborative—because honestly, you know your family best. Together, we'll help everyone feel seen, heard, and like they're on the same team.

Adolescent Therapy
Being a teenager is tough—everything's changing fast, and it's not always easy to make sense of it all. Your brain is developing, friendships feel complicated, school is stressful, and everyone keeps asking about your future. It's a lot. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where we can work together to figure things out. We'll collaborate on building coping skills, understanding emotions, and growing confidence so you can handle friendships, school pressure, family stuff, and stress more easily. No pressure, no judgment—just us working together to help you navigate the chaos and develop resilience and a stronger sense of who you are and where you're headed.
